I spoke with Bobbye and ran the Preliminary Removal Steps. Here's my logs.

Can somebody please look over these?

Symptoms please?

Download OTL to your desktop.[/*:m:3bptwlwa]
Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.[/*:m:3bptwlwa]
When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output.[/*:m:3bptwlwa]
Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check.[/*:m:3bptwlwa]
Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.[list:3bptwlwa]
When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTListIt.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.[/*:m:3bptwlwa]
Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time, and post it with your next reply. You may need two posts to fit them all in.[/*:m:3bptwlwa]

Unfortunately, their as no help and he was taken through a lengthy discussion about why he should turn off System Restore. It was also suggested that he might have a hardware problem. He has DesktopWeather.exe. The HJT log looks small and the homepage is https for Google Accounts.
