Default Stuck@ startup Dell screen

B4 I was finally able to log on,I was stuck at the startup screen. It was making this beeping sound. Then it flashed and I was able to log on.Could it be a defective MOBO?

Sidenote: Don't know if it matter, but I had my wireless keyboard still connected (since I'm still using the wireless mouse),while my USB keyboard was connected....

The POST sequence (Power On Self Test) is where the hardware tests are performed.
Once past that and the logo with the horizontal racetrack appears, you're into
Windows itself.

The KB/mouse/ram tests all occur during POST and as it completes, there may be
one beep (if so configured in the BIOS) to signal success. More than one or if POST
stalls before the beep, then there's something not quite right.
The obvious test would be to have only ONE mouse/kb attached and then start the system.
