Now that I had to put everything back in the original case,I get a message saying no boot device available strike F1 to retry boot.

When you start the system before it boots tap the key to enter BIOS, usually DEL, F1, F2

Go to Boot Priority and set the primary boot device to your hard drive. Make sure there is no cd in the drive.
