You may/may not be ok with it

I am guessing the video card may want a 6 pin connector - which I dont see on that PSU on ebay. So you will need adapter

***Also***
Another huge upgrade for you would be increasing your RAM

It's a little cheaper.Should I just add 1gb or more?
I wouldn't be able to purchase the connector serperately?

Good news - check when you buy the card - but usually they include the power cable that converts the 4 pin to 6 pin.

Just make sure that wherever you get the graphics card that it is included and hasn't been removed from the package or you will have another hassle tracking down the cable to adapt it.

Oh and like I said earlier about needing an adapter to use a standard ATX power supply on your motherboard.

This is not the case on your system as the default 275W Dell PSU actually uses the industry standard "24 Pin Standard ATX Power Connector"

So you are good there as well. Now as long as the motherboard fits the case

==========================

**about the RAM**
The memory can be installed one module at a time, but the best performance comes from using matched pairs of modules.

So now you have 2 X 512
Ideally you would want 2X 1024 (1GB) in the remaining slots

But this is up to you.

I should basically buy 2GB?Do you think I need to have 3GB of RAM? I would like to Max it out but,I will have to wait on that one.

Were you able to get around to what you said you was gonna do yesterday? What is exactly the difference between me getting the AT radeon 4850 and 4870? The higher the numbers are the better or?

Basically higher number = better

Not sure how much of a difference, based on your other components and RAM situation - part of my recommendation to upgrade.

They have the same GPU (graphic processor)

The differences between them come down to core clock speed, the type of memory used (GDDR3 vs. GDDR5) and the type of cooling solution (single-slot vs. double-slot).

===================================

4850 has a core clock rate of 625MHz, 512MB of DDR3 clocked at 1GHz DDR (2GHz effective)

4870 is a dual-slot, running at 750 MHz, and it carries 512MB of DDR5 clocked at a 1.8GHz DDR (3.6GHz effective)

===================================

***My opinion***
If you plan to game at 1920x1080 or higher go with 4870
If you plan to game at 1600x1200 or lower go with 4850

The higher the resolution you use = the more benefit you will get out of the better card.
The lower the resolution you use = the less benefit you will get out of the better card.
