When you registered, you agreed to the terms below:
- Limits of Liability: Although the administrators and moderators will
attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is
impossible for us to review all messages.
All messages express the
views of the author, and neither the owners of the site, nor its
collaborators will be held responsible for the content of anything posted by any user.
As all comments are posted to this site without any cost or fees to you, your continued use of this site, or application of any
alteration to your system using information found on this site, is at your own risk.
Those participating and making recommendations do so with good technical insight and training but have no control over the
implementaion or action(s) taken or omitted by you.
- No Expectation of Privacy: By making comments on this site, you understand that
- all your comments are made available to the Internet public
- you have no expectation of privacy for same
- you willing give up ownership and allow a non-exclusive right for
any comments and/or uploads to be shown and/or copied by the public
while still retaining the right to edit or delete any of your own postings.
This does not however imply that the comments so edited or delete were removed
from other websites which have access to these forums.

Likewise, posting
links or URLs to sites hosting this kind of information are also included in this prohibition.
Violation of this condition can lead to your expulsion from the site.
- After some level of participation in the forums, you may update your profile to include:
* one URL to your personal website. You may NOT include a URL to your website:
* in your signature (see your profile)
* in the body of any posting whatsoever
(sole exception allowed is the link leads to a solution to the problem being
discussed in the thread)
Violation will be resolved as described in Remedial Actions below.
- Remedial Actions: The Staff of this site reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread or to band
further participation for any reason whatsoever, even without cause.
If you have any objection to any of the above, your only recourse is to abandon further access to this site;
your login id can not be revoked so don't ask.
You may edit any existing post (rule #2 above) to include complete deletion.
