Sorry about the longer than usual wait for a reply. Some of the entries below are more optional than others and so I have provided a case for each.

Please launch AutoRuns

• Click the Startup tab and if not already, untick the following:
  • igfxtray.exe
  • warreg_popup.exe
  • wmdsync.exe (UNLESS you require your PC to sync to a Microsoft mobile device)
  • osa.exe
  • ehtray.exe (UNLESS you use Media Center on a regular basis)

• Then click the Services tab and if not already, untick the following:
  • Bonjour Service (UNLESS you use Apple media devices and iTunes TV etc)

Then restart your PC.

Now we can do some more general cleaning:

Download TFC to your desktop

• Open the file and close any other windows.
• It will close all programs itself when run, make sure to let it run uninterrupted.
• Click the Start button to begin the process. The program should not take long to finish its job
• Once its finished it should reboot your machine, if not, do this yourself to ensure a complete clean
