Default System crashes after installing hard drive to a new desktop

Well my previous desktop (eMachines) died (motherboard died i think after I took out the battery) and I got the hard drive and ptu it into this HP-Pavilion desktop computer I now have and now my computer crashes everytime I put it into StandBy. It goes into a blank blue screen when I run chkdsk (right after stage 1). I ran scannow /sfc successfully.

I did Windows Updates and installed every update it gave me and I downloaded/installed all the drivers that DeviceDoctor informed me about (apparently, I had a lot of outdated drivers).

My VEW log
